Created especially for the brilliant Dough Bros. and their April Special – Rhubarb & Custard doughnuts. So I’ve made some extra just so you can enjoy a spoonful on your toast too.
Made with beautiful UK grown Timperley rhubarb & infused with rich Madagascan bourbon vanilla, a perfect balance between fruity sharp & a soft creamy warmth. With lower sugar for a softer set, letting the natural flavours of the fruit & the sweetness of the vanilla shine through in every spoonful.
It may have been made for the boy’s doughnuts, but its great spread generously on toast, swirled through thick creamy Greek yogurt or add a spoonful on to cheesecake for a little extra indulgence.
