My Very Berry Jam with an added Christmas twist of Cherry Brandy.
Rich & fruity, absolutely delicious on ice cream as well as in victoria sponge or on a toasted slice of sourdough bread. I have to admit to a bit of a love of this on a toasted english muffin with some cream cheese (guilty pleasure, another one), yum!
