This was something I created when I started the business, back in 2012.
There were always marmalades with Whisky & Orange, but nothing with Gin & Lemon.
So here it is, my Gin & Tonic, no artificial flavourings/aromas or essences, just Lemons, Gin and Tonic Water & Sugar.
320g Jar
Ingredients; Sugar, Lemon, Tonic Water, Water, Gin.
Prepared with 39g fruit per 100g / Total sugar content: 62g per 100g

My husband won this in a raffle at his bowls club. So pleased he did, it’s the best raffle prize he’s ever won, & he’s won lots as he buys lots of tickets to support the club.
Didn’t know there was such a marmalade & would probably not have bought it if I had seen it in a shop, but it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!
I like it so much I had to look it up on-line to find out where I can buy it. I see there are other lovely flavours I’m tempted by too!
